Chenkody (Tamil: செங்கொடி) is a village located 5 km east of Thiruvattar in the Kanyakumari District of Tamilnadu, India.[1] The village is part of the Kallkkulam taluk. Chenkody is part of the Padmanabhapuram legislative assembly constituency.[2]

Chenkody is home to the 1200-year-old Mutathura Mahadever Temple. It is also home to paddies, banana, tapioca, coconut, and rubber plantations. Neighboring villages name areVadakkanadu, Kumarankudi, Kotaravilai, and Pullani.
