Brevoort Park neighbourhood of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan is located to the south of 8th Street. Close to the amenities offered by the 8th Street Arterial Commercial District which hosts the Circle 8 Centre and Bedford Square strip mall. Market Mall on Preston Avenue is also nearby to the south. Across Taylor Street is the Nutana Suburban Centre which provides access to both public and separate secondary schools: Walter Murray Collegiate Institute and Holy Cross High School respectively. This neighborhood came to fruition in the 1960s.

8th Street East is a main thoroughfare through the city of Saskatoon with easy access to intersecting provincial highways.

Roads are laid out in a grid fashion in the northern region by 8th Street East which is a main thoroughfare through the city of Saskatoon with easy access to intersecting provincial highways. Streets run east and west, Avenues run north and south. At 7th Street until the southern boundary of Taylor Street, the roads are a court system around Brevoort Park South and North.
