Qazi Nisar Ahmed (
Urdu : قاضی نثار احمد) is aSunni Muslim cleric and chief of the Tanzeem Ahle Sunnah wal Jamaat inNorthern Areas, Pakistan . He was reported to be living outside ofPakistan . Northern Areas had requested thatInterpol arrest him; however, he instead returned of his own free on the evening of10 March ,2006 and surrendered toGilgit police, who flew him toIslamabad .
