glass andsteel structure that will tower over the historic West Main Street area.He will develop the project behind the facades of some
century -old buildings and hopes to complete the project in mid-2010.Blue paid $4.75
million for nine adjoining tracts with eight empty storefronts in the block to a group headed byarchitect anddeveloper Jim Walters, Bravura Corporation.Walters announced plans to convert the same property into a mixed-use development called Whisky Row in 2000, but the project never materialized.
