Bruce Porter Roberts

Bruce Porter Roberts

Bruce Porter Roberts (born New York State, October 27, 1919; died San Francisco, California, July 16, 1976) was an American writer best known as the creator of the "Gemstone File", a series of widely-circulated documents that argued in favor of many conspiracy theories.

Biography

Roberts attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1936-40, but did not graduate. He served in U.S. Army during WW II, and afterwards studied physics and journalism.

From the late 1960s to his death, Roberts wrote many hundreds of pages of Gemstone File documents, which argued that conspiracies and hidden agreements between many prominent figures played a major role in shaping world events. Many of the details in Roberts' account have been verified and supported by authors including Stephanie Caruana, Gerald A. Carroll, Kenn Thomas, and "Richard Alan".
