Siu yeh

Siu yeh (zh-c|; Jyutping: siu1 je2) is the name associated with a late night meal in Hong Kong or other Cantonese-speaking regions. Siu yeh is equivalent to supper in certain parts of the English-speaking world. This meal usually comes around 10 p.m. after dinner. It can range anywhere from a snack to a full-fledged course.
