Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Resistencia

The Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Resistencia (erected 3 June 1939, as the Diocese of Resistencia) is in Argentina and is a metropolitan diocese, responsible for the suffragan Dioceses of Formosa and San Roque de Presidencia Roque Sáenz Peña. It was elevated on 28 February 1984.
