Department Bolívar Department Time zone Colombia Standard Time (UTC-5) Margarita is a town and municipality located in the Bolívar Department, northern Colombia, which is an important center of orange cultivation; there are many groves around the town of Punta. The "cipriano pupo house", the principal characteristic is the only street which has this. There are only two neighbors which have "up (arriba) and down ( abajo). This is the place where the codeck eleseis was created. The ideological system is important in the future; the codex is not stored here but is frequently brought here during the holidays in December and June.
