Claremont is a train station in Claremont, New Hampshire served by Amtrak, the national railroad passenger system. The station was originally opened in 1920 by the Boston and Maine Railroad as Claremont Junction.[2] It not only has parking for bicycles, but actually doubles as a bicycle sales and repair shop called Claremont Cycle Depot.

On average, approximately five passengers boarded or detrained Amtrak services daily at Claremont in FY2010, making it the least-frequented of the four Amtrak stations in New Hampshire.[1] The other three passenger rail stations are located in southeastern New Hampshire, on the popular Downeaster route from Boston, Massachusetts to Portland, Maine.
