TRAM=The Western Ring Road Trail is a shared use path for cyclists and pedestrians that bridges the northern suburbs and follows the
Western Ring Road . It intercepts many other paths making possible a large variety of circuits for the recreational cyclist. The western end of the path starts at the end of Merino St in Sunshine West, where it branches off from the
Federation Trail .Following the path is mainly straightforward, as it runs parallel to the
Western Ring Road . However there are some exceptions along the way. In particular these points should be reviewed before heading out for a pedal or a jog: Keilor Park Drv, Malvern and Coventry Sts, theMoonee Ponds Creek Trail intersection, Jacana Station and theCraigieburn Bypass Trail intersection.The eastern end of the path starts at the roundabout, at the intersection of Diamond Creek Rd, the
Greensborough Bypass and Civic Drv in Greensborough, 1.2km east of thePlenty River Trail turnoff.Connections
