Finland 's Edea with "Aava " and precedingEstonia 'sKoit Toome with "Mere lapsed "). At the close of voting, it had received 79 points, placing 8th in a field of 25.It was succeeded as Norwegian representative at the 1999 Contest by Van Eijk with "
Living My Life Without You ".
