Vasa Mihich (born
1933 ) is an American artist based in Los Angeles, California.Born in Yugoslavia, Mihich has lived in Los Angeles since his arrival in the United States in 1960. He is an academically trained painter and a senior Professor at the
University of California, Los Angeles in the Department of Design | Media Arts.His studio, designed to accommodate the technology required for his work, is located in the heart of Los Angeles. He makes laminated plexiglass tubes that refract light, examples of which are held in the collection of the
