Mowlam Healthcare is Ireland’s largest nursing home chain. It operates eleven homes around the country, in Sligo, Kilmainhamwood, Co. Meath, Rush, Dublin, Swords, Moycullen, Kilcolgan (both County Galway), Moate, Co. Westmeath, Adare, Croom (both Co. Limerick), Waterford and Kilkenny.

Mowlam Healthcare is owned by Cracken Properties (Holdings) Ltd, Patrick Shanahan (who is also chairman of Shannon Airport) and Mowlam Residential Care Ltd (MRCL).

The directors are Gerry McEntee, the former Meath Gaelic football player and consultant at Dublin's Mater Private Hospital, Joseph Hanrahan, owner of Cater Hire, and John Shee, former partner with accountancy firm Grant Thornton. Hanrahan and Shee are also the directors and owners of Cracken.
