covered bridge on Honey Run Road located about halfway in between Chico and ParadiseCalifornia . The bridge crosses Butte Creek and intersects with Centerville Road inButte County, California . It was open to traffic until a car crashed into it in 1965, causing damage to the bridge. An alternative steel bridge was built upstream for vehicular traffic; the old bridge is part of a county park.It was listed on the
National Register of Historic Places in 1988.ources
