The River Grizedale is a river of Lancashire.

The Grizedale rises (as Grizedale Brook) at "Grizedale Head" between "Abbeystead Fell", "Cabin Flat" and "Dunkenshaw Fell" and flows southwards, picking up several small streams on its way to join the Tarnbrook Wyre near Abbeystead.
