There have been two creations of baronets with the surname Warner.

Warner of Parham, Suffolk (1660)

The Warner baronetcy of Parham, Suffolk was created in 1660 in the Baronetcy of England. It became extinct on the death of the first baronet.

Warner of Brettenham Park, Suffolk (1910)

The Warner baronetcy of Brettenham Park, Suffolk was created on 9 July 1910 in the Baronetcy of the United Kingdom, for the politician Courtenay Warner, who was Member of Parliament (MP) for North Somerset 1892-1895 and for Lichfield 1896-1923.
