KBCS-FM (91.3 FM) is a noncommercial community radio station serving the Puget Sound region of Seattle, Washington, USA. The station is licensed to Bellevue Community College and broadcasts at 91.3 MHz with a power of 8,000 watts. The transmitter and studios are located in Bellevue, Washington. The station was founded in 1973. The general manager is Steve Ramsey. DJs and public affairs hosts are drawn from music experts, journalists and social activists from the local community.

KBCS's eclectic programming includes noncommercial folk, jazz, world and blues music rarely heard on the radio dial. News and Public Affairs programming includes Democracy Now!, World Radio Network and Free Speech Radio News. The station is a Pacifica affiliate. Although KBCS has no formal news department, a team of volunteers produce two weekly public affairs programs: Voices of Diversity and One World Report. * "Lunch with Folks" - Traditional and contemporary folk music, with a different host each weekday, 12-3 p.m. Hosted by Sean "Gatorboy" Donovan, Richard Gillmann, Ginger Hopper, Iaan Hughes and John Sincock
* "Daily Planet" - Weekday musical journey around the globe, 3-5 p.m. Hosted by Matrayi Joneja, Steve Ramsey, Dina Trageser, Peter Graff, Michael Nielsen and Barbie-Danielle DeCarlo.

* "Hawaii Radio Connection" - Music and news of Hawaii, Saturdays 12-2 p.m. with Uncle Gregg, Cousin Clarice and the gang.
* "One Step Beyond" - Classic soul music and rare B-sides with host Bob Anthony, Saturdays 8-10 p.m.
* "Vintage Jazz" - Jazz and popular dance music from the 1920s and 1930s with host Al Barnes, Thursdays 9 a.m.-12 p.m.
* "The Bud And Don Show" - Bud Young carries on the tradition of playing the best jazz in town, Mondays 9 a.m.-12 p.m.
* "Straight, No Chaser" - Pure, challenging modern jazz from Monk to Trane to Ayler to today with host David Utevsky. Mondays 9-11 p.m. PST.

* "Listen Up, Northwest!" - Produced by Reclaim the Media, the Northwest Community Radio Network and KBCS, LUNW is a radio magazine featuring stories of communities in action throughout the Northwest. Each broadcast highlights the work of skilled community radio producers and artists from our region, including Alaska, British Columbia, Washington, Idaho, Montana and Oregon. Mondays at 6:30 p.m.
* "Voices of Diversity" - Voices of Diversity tells the untold stories in our community and celebrates the diversity of cultural expression found in the Northwest. The program is a collaboration between KBCS and the City of Bellevue Cultural Diversity Program. Callie Shanafelt is the Executive Producer. The show comes to you each week thanks to a dedicated team of volunteer reporters and producers from across King County. A different volunteer hosts Voices of Diversity each week. Wednesdays at 6 p.m.
* "One World Report" - Produced by a team of volunteers, One World Report addresses social justice around the world and here in the Puget Sound, and helps you make a difference in your community. Thursdays at 6 p.m.
* "Speak On It Radio" - Logic Amen, longtime KBCS producer, commentator, and frequent host of Voices of Diversity, hosts KBCS’s newest locally produced public affairs program, Speak On It Radio. Logic connects hip-hop communities with issues concerning society, pop culture, spirituality and politics. First Friday of every month at 6:30 p.m.
