Blackwood railway station is a railway station on the Belair railway line in South Australia. It and Mitcham are the only stations between Goodwood and Belair to have more than one platform in use [Prior to the conversion of the Belair line in 1995 from two Broad Gauge tracks to one Broad Gauge track and one Standard Gauge track, all stations on the Belair Line had two or more working platforms; the nature of the terrain and the narrowness of the right-of-way prevented the practise used on other Adelaide suburban lines of placing a single platform between the two tracks. Since the conversion of one of the tracks to standard gauge, these "other" platforms have been closed. The two platforms at Blackwood remain open to enable and facilitate a crossing loop in the now single broad gauge track.] . It is located in the Adelaide southern foothills suburbs of Blackwood and Hawthorndene, convert|18.1|km|0 by railway from the Adelaide Railway Station.
It is one of the busiest stations on the Belair line: it has a bus interchange with connections available with many routes, and it is the only railway station on the Belair line to have a café on the station premises.
