River Gosthani is medium sized east flowing river in Andhra Pradesh, India.

It is originated in the Ananthagiri Hills of Eastern Ghats.

Borra Caves are formed at its origin, probably the result of erosion of the lime stones by flowing waters of this river.

It flows down the hills mostly in Vizianagaram and Visakhapatnam districts.
