Sir William Abdy, 7th Baronet (1779 – 16 April 1868) was a British politician.

Born in Marylebone in London, he was the son of Captain Sir William Abdy, 6th Baronet and Mary Brebner-Gordon. Abdy was educated at Eton College and Christ Church, Oxford, where he matriculated on 27 January 1796. He served in the South Essex Militia, reaching the rank of Lieutenant in 1798, and in the Southwark Volunteers, reaching that of Second Lieutenant. On 21 July 1803, he succeeded to his father's baronetcy. Between 1817 and 1818, he was Member of Parliament (MP) for Malmesbury.

On 3 July 1806, he married Lady Anne Wellesley, daughter of the 2nd Earl of Mornington in Hyde Park Corner, London. They were divorced in 1816. Abdy died childless in Berkeley Square in London. With his death the baronetcy became extinct.
