Roosevelt Leaks, Jr. (born January 31, 1953 in Brenham, Texas) was an American football running back in the NFL for the Baltimore Colts and Buffalo Bills. He played college football at the University of Texas.

Leaks was an All-American at Texas, In 2005 he was inducted to the College Football Hall of Fame.
