With 300 titles to its name, Newsquest is the second largest publisher of regional and local newspapers in the United Kingdom.
In September 2005, Newsquest bought Exchange & Mart and Auto Exchange from United Advertising Publications, after UAP merged with sister company CMPi in a restructuring of US parent UBM [2]
