Durham Regional Road 37, or locally referred to as Finch Avenue, starts briefly east of Beare Road, and enters into the Town of Pickering in Durham Region after Scarborough-Pickering Townline.

In Pickering, Durham Regional Road # 37 continues east to Durham Regional Road 1 (Brock Road). It ends at a cul-de-sac at Durham Regional Highway 2 (or Kingston Road), or formerly Highway 2), and the highway (actually a suburban arterial at this point) follows this concession line to the eastern boundary of Oshawa, Ontario.
