He appeared in the films We Were Soldiers with Mel Gibson, Joe Dante's horror/comedy Matinee, and also portrayed Pumpkinhead in Pumpkinhead II: Blood Wings. His television credits include Ellen, Miami Vice, and The Outer Limits
