¹ Hollywood Records are owned by Disney, through their subsidiary, Buena Vista Music Group, however Universal are responsible for US and Canadian distribution, while EMI are now responsible for UK, European, Middle Eastern, South African and Asian distribution.

² Vagrant Records is 49% owned by Interscope Records. Interscope have a non-controlling interest in the label and therefore have no say in Vagrant's dealings. Interscope distribute all of Vagrant's releases, except for that in the UK and European markets.
