Lithium hexafluorophosphate (LiPF₆) is an inorganic chemical compound. It is a white crystalline powder that hydrolyzes readily in contact with water or moisture.

It is very destructive to mucous membranes. Harmful if swallowed, inhaled, or absorbed through skin.

Lithium hexafluorophosphate can be dissolved in some organic solvents, eg. propylene carbonate with dimethoxyethane, for use as an electrolyte in lithium batteries.

It can be used as a catalyst in tetrahydropyranylation of tertiary alcohols.
