(2008)Doorie is the second album by Atif Aslam. It was produced by Sachin, Mithoon and Atif. All the recordings were done in Mumbai. The song has been featured in promotions of the movie Spanish Beauty.
Performance
Doorie was a successful album in India, Pakistan and Nepal. The singles topped the Indian as well as the Pakistani charts. Doorie was far more successful in India than in Pakistan, topping the Indian official charts for several weeks. Also it was the first International album by Atif Aslam who is a household name in Pakistan because of the song "Aadat". Doorie was released simultaneously in India and Pakistan on 22 December 2006.
