120 Collins Street is a convert|264|m|ft|0|abbr=off|lk=on|adj=on skyscraper in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Built from 1989 to 1991, it is the tallest office building in Australia. After the construction of the BHP Tower is completed in Perth Western Australia it will become the second tallest office skyscraper in Australia. It comprises 50 levels of office accommodation and 2 levels of plant on the roof. The spire utlises LED technology to provide a changing light show each night.

The building was designed by architectural firm Hassell, in association with Daryl Jackson. Structural Engineers were Connell Wagner & Mechanical, Electrical & Fire Services Engineers were Lincolne Scott.

120 Collins Street is a postmodern style building, paying homage to New York's grand Art Deco buildings, such as the Empire State Building and the Chrysler Building. This influence can be seen in the building's granite facade, its setbacks and its central mast. The roof is covered in communications equipment, most notably a satellite dish measuring 6.8m in diameter. Its height is broken into four distinct rises by service floors, and other elements such as exposed air conditioning vents add to the modern style of the structure. The building houses a number of high-profile tenants including Merrill Lynch, BlackRock, Rothschild, Standard & Poor's, Bluescope Steel and Rio Tinto Group, Ord Minnet plus Citigroup's Melbourne office.
