Stephanie Waring

Stephanie Waring (born 1978 in Urmston, Greater Manchester, England, UK) is an English actress. She has appeared in various British television series since 1999, including "Nice Guy Eddie", "Merseybeat" and "Holby City" but is perhaps best known for playing the role of Cindy Cunningham in the early evening soap opera, "Hollyoaks". She has also acted overseas, playing the lead in the Australian television drama series, "Crash Palace" in 2001.

On Christmas Day, 2006 she appeared in the top-rated ITV1 soap opera, "Coronation Street" as Emma, a character who had given birth to Jason Grimshaw's child after a one night stand. She returned the following Easter after her character discovered that the child had in fact been fathered by the now deceased builder, Charlie Stubbs.

Stephanie returned to "Hollyoaks" at the start of June 2008 with her daughter, Holly. She has signed a contract to the end of the year.
