A new Super Duty version of the P platform was debuted in 2006 for the 2008 model year. Production of the Super Duty trucks will continue at the

The 2009 F150 will be built in
Dearborn, Michigan at Dearborn Truck Plant (DTP), part of the Rouge River Complex; and inClaycomo, Missouri at Kansas City Assembly Plant (KCAP). Ford announced the closure of the Norfolk facility in 2008.
