Walt Disney Parks & Resorts as acostumed character .Profile
Aladdin, a human, was born 18 years before the events of the film. Aladdin never received a formal education. He learned much from his time on the streets of Agrabah. In the "Aladdin" TV series episode "The Lost Ones" it is shown that he had a childhood friend named Hamahl. The episode "Seems Like Old Crimes" shows that when Aladdin was sixteen, he fell in with a group of circus performers where he met Abu. The performers used Aladdin to get past the traps of an ancient temple to reach the "destiny stone" which they intended to sell piece by piece; Aladdin refused to let them. There, the performers were all sucked in when they tried to take the stone, except for Abu and Aladdin, who escaped its tendrils.
In "
Aladdin and the King of Thieves ", it is revealed that Aladdin's father, Cassim, left the family shortly after his son's birth. Aladdin's mother was captured by bandits when he was very young, but he thinks she died."Aladdin"
In the film "Aladdin", eighteen-year old Aladdin is first shown to be on the run from the Sultan's guards, especially
Razoul , after he and his monkey, Abu, steal a loaf of bread. Once they escape the guards, the pair hide in a dark alley. As Abu prepares to devour the bread, Aladdin notices two hungry street children. He gives them his half of the bread, and Abu reluctantly follows his example. Some time later, Aladdin meets a girl in the marketplace. He falls in love with her at first sight, but their meeting is interrupted by guards sent by vizier Jafar to capture Aladdin. After the guards shove the girl aside, she reveals that she is actually
Princess Jasmine . She demands the guards to release Aladdin at once, but they tell her that she has to deal with Jafar first in order to let him go.In prison, Aladdin meets an old man (who is actually Jafar in disguise) who mentions a cave filled with treasure and that he needs Aladdin to enter it. The old man reveals a secret exit, and Aladdin decides to follow him.
In the desert, Aladdin enters the Cave of Wonders, where he meets a sentient
magic carpet and is commanded to only get a magic lamp. He gets it, but Abu's grabbing of a giant gem causes the cave to collapse. After the collapse, Aladdin, Abu, and the carpet are in an empty cave. Abu delivers the lamp to Aladdin, and when he rubs it, a giant blue Genie appears, telling Aladdin he will fulfill three wishes. After leaving the collapsed cave with the Genie's help (but not constituting a wish, since he did it at free will after being "discredited" by Aladdin), he decides to become a prince in order to win Jasmine's heart.
Personality
Aladdin is arguably a very confident, clever, and kind person. Like most Disney male protagonists he is a selfless, brave young man who seeks to win the affection of his princess, her father, her tiger, her best friends, and all of her royal subjects. Unlike some of the other Disney heroes, he is not above lying and stealing, but never with evil intentions. Though he can be a bit stubborn sometimes, he really does care about his friends. His "Prince" name, Ali Ababwa, may be a reference to
Ali Baba ."Kingdom Hearts" series
Aladdin appears as a major Disney character in the bestselling video game series "Kingdom Hearts".
In "
Kingdom Hearts ", Aladdin is a young man living in the desert city of Agrabah. He fell in love with Princess Jasmine, but he’s afraid to tell her about his humble background. With a little luck, he finds Genie in the Cave of Wonders. He had used his first wish to destroy the Heartless that were attacking Sora's friends. Afterwards he, Sora, Donald andGoofy became close friends, after Sora informed Aladdin that Jasmine had been kidnapped by Jafar they quickly go back to Agrabah to save her, and he used his second wish to do so, but while Genie saved Jasmine, Iago had stolen the lamp and Jafar took control of Genie. Later Jafar, Iago and Genie along with the captive princess Jasmine went into the bowels of the Cave of Wonders searching for the "Keyhole". When Aladdin and the others arrived at the cave, it turns out that the Heartless were controlling the Tiger head of the cave, which, after Sora freed it from the darkness, the cave allowed them to enter to stop Jafar. They successfully defeated Genie Jafar and sealed him inside his lamp, but by the time they went to get Jasmine she had already been kidnapped by Riku. After returning to Agrabah, Genie tells Aladdin to use his last wish to save Jasmine, but instead he uses it to free Genie and asked him if he could help Sora find Jasmine. Genie happily complies. At the end of the game, Jasmine and Aladdin are reunited and peace is restored to their world.Agrabah, and the Aladdin characters, later appeared in the games first sequel "" for the
Game Boy Advance and itsPlayStation 2 remake "Re: Chain Of Memories". This time, however, it is only one of the many worlds created from Sora's memories (along with the characters who inhabit it), as he travels up the numerous floors of Castle Oblivion. The world's story is similar to that of the first game, only this time, Jafar kidnaps Jasmine just so he can force her to marry him and become Sultan, with no involvement ofMaleficent nor any mention of the Princesses Of Heart. In "
Kingdom Hearts II ", Aladdin feels lonely and restless without Genie and is looking for some excitement which soon comes calling with Sora's arrival. The return to Agrabah is influenced by the second Aladdin movie, with the return of Jafar being one of the center aspects of the level. Aladdin and Sora attempt to prevent Jafar's return by buying out the Sale's Merchant, who was in possession of Jafar's lamp, with a treasure from the Cave of Wonders. However; Pete later steals the lamp from the Merchant and then releases the vengeful genie. Sora then rides on Carpet to defeat Jafar with Genie later restoring Agrabah back to normal. Aladdin's limit is Speedsters, where he and Sora zoom around the area, attacking enemies in acomic book style attack. In all his appearances, Aladdin wields a curved sword as his primary weapon and can utilize Abu to solve puzzles when he's an active party member.
