The Madeira regional football team is the non official football team for Madeira, Portugal. They are not affiliated with FIFA or UEFA/CAF. At the moment, they are just active in Under 21, playing reguraly in Madeira Tournament.
Had Madeira been a FIFA recognised team, players such as Cristiano Ronaldo would be eligible to play for them.
