Canklow is a suburb of Rotherham, England on the Sheffield/Rotherham border. It is about 0.9 miles (1.4 km) south of the town of Rotherham and 5.2 miles (8.45 km) north-east of the City of Sheffield.

Canklow forms part of the Boston Castle ward for the Metropolitan Borough of Rotherham.

Canklow is served by the Canklow Woods Primary School, and secondary education provision is provided by nearby Oakwood Technology College.

Places of Worship

The only church in the Canklow community is Assemblies of God affiliated, Rotherham New Life Christian Centre. The church meet in an old factory. Canklow Community Partnership use an office in the church building.
