State Route 95 or SR-95 is a 70 mile long route that extends from southern Eufaula in Barbour County to the Florida state line south of Lucy in Houston County.

The northern terminus of SR-95 is located at its intersection with U.S. Highway 431 to the south of downtown Eufaula. From this point, the route travels in a southwestrly direction to Abbeville. From Abbeville, the route travels in a southeasterly direction to Haleburg. From Haleburg, the route resumes a more southerly track via Columbia and Gordon en route to its southern terminus at the Florida state line. After crossing into Florida it continues as Florida State Route 271.
