Mike Fitzgerald (author)

Mike H. Fitzgerald co-authored a book with Tennessee-based boxing writer David Hudson entitled Boxing's Most Wanted (ISBN 1-57488-714-9), and also judges professional boxing matches.

Fitzgerald is the author of boxing's all-time knockout leader, Archie Moore's biography, The Ageless Warrior (ISBN 978-1582612553).[1]

He also co-authored books on Ken Norton, Earnie Shavers and Craig Bodzianowski.

Fitzgerald had about 20 amateur bouts, won a Toughman Contest in Dubuque, Iowa in 1991 and had one bout as a professional boxer at the Fieldhouse in Madison.

Fitzgerald lives in Janesville, Wisconsin, with his wife Debra and son Ross.
