Novoanninsky (Russian: Новоаннинский) is a town and the administrative center of Novoanninsky District of Volgograd Oblast, Russia, located on the Buzuluk River (Don's basin), 254 kilometers (158 mi) northwest of Volgograd. Population: 17,911 (2010 Census preliminary results);[1] 19,472 (2002 Census);[2] 20,922 (1989 Census).[3]

A railway station is called Filonovo.

It was granted town status in 1956.
