Journal of Individual Employment Rights
- Journal of Individual Employment Rights
The "Journal of Individual Employment Rights" is a journal which publishes articles regarding labor-management relations, employment discrimination and employment law.
Beginning with volume 13 (to be published in mid-2007), the journal will undergo an as-yet-unannounced name change.
The journal publishes articles which cover the theoretical and practical sides of employment issues such as record keeping, occupational safety and health, fair employment practices, addicted workers, AIDS in the workplace, medical screening, employee surveillance, wage and hour standards, union-management relations, employment contracts and dispute and grievance resolution. Although the journal focuses on the United States, many articles are comparative or transnational in focus.
The target audience for the journal is academics, students, employers, workers, and human resources managers.
The "Journal of Individual Employment Rights" was founded in 1992, and is published quarterly by Baywood Publishing.
