History

Edmark was incorporated in 1970, and began developing soft-ware in 1992. Edmark was listed on NASDAQ. Their audience was children between the ages of two and fourteen years. Edmark had more than sixty-five industry design awards.

In 1989, Sally G. Narodick and W. Hunter Simpson became directors. Narodick became the C.E.O. in October 1989. Edmark hired Donna Stanger as vice-president of product development in October 1991. In 1992, Edmark released Millie's Math House and KidDesk. Sally Narodick resigned as C.E.O. in September citing the stress, and Donna Stanger became the C.E.O.cite news
