Jason "Jace" Hall (born May 20, 1971 in
Buffalo, New York ) is a film, television and video game producer.He is best known for being founder andChief Executive Officer of the game development studioMonolith Productions Inc., for more than a decade - since October 1994. Under his helm, Monolith has produced numerous video game franchises and developed a state of the art real-time 3D authoring technology and sister company known asLithtech (renamed to Touchdown Entertainment).Hall is the founder of HDFILMS INC., a production company based on the
Warner Bros. studio lot devoted to creating film, television, videogame and online content spanning across multiple mediums. HDFILMS has a first-look feature film and videogame development deal with Warner Bros. Studios and several high-profile projects in the works.Additionally, Jason continues to support
Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment division where needed, helping to facilitate the evolution of the convergence of film and videogame production.Previously, Jason Hall captained the role of Senior Vice President and General Manager of Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment (WBIE). Jason led the company in creating, laying strategy and managing the Studio’s interactive gaming goals and business objectives. Initially leveraging Warner Bros. world-class brands on all current and future platforms, Jason oversaw the company growth from being a licensor to a full scale developer, publisher and distributor of games.
