Nampa Christian School is an elementary, middle, and high school in Nampa, Idaho.

Athletics

The Nampa Christian Sports program has a long tradition of success at both the 1A and 2A levels in Idaho.

Nampa Christian High School's Women's Volleyball team have won six 2A State Titles in the last seven years.

The Men's Golf team -a program only existing since 2005- won the 2A State Title in 2007 and placed second in 2008.

The Woman's Golf team -a program started in 2006- has been successful in recent years winning the 2A state title in 2010 and in 2011 and finishing as runner-up two other times.

The Track and Field program, under the coaching of Eric Lacy, has been particularly successful, producing numerous individual and team championships in the 2000s.

The Football team has reached the State Semi-Finals 3 out of the last 4 years. Its lone State title came in 1981.

New High School

In January 2008 a new high school building was completed and occupied. Located on on the corner of Midway and Flamingo the high school is approximately 2 miles from the previous campus which is still used by the elementary.

Interesting Historical Facts

1913 – College High can trace its roots indirectly back to the founding of Northwest Nazarene College (now NNU).

1953 – Christian Schools Foundation of Nampa, Idaho Inc. was founded.

1955 – Boulevard Christian School in Caldwell built (Dedicated 9/12/55).

1959 – College High moves and becomes Nampa Christian High School on current Orchard campus.

1964 – Nampa Christian High School, Mennonite Church School and Blvd. Christian School merged to become Christian Schools Foundation of Nampa, Idaho Inc.

1967 – High School(now Middle School) gym built

1979 – Name changed from Christian Schools Foundation of Nampa, Idaho Inc. to Nampa Christian Schools

1979 – Elementary School Building Built

1994 – Elementary School expansion

1998 – Wrap around and practice gym built

2001 – Edmark Parking Lot purchased

2008- Nampa Christian High School- moved in January to W. Flamingo and Midway campus in Nampa

2009- High School Troost Family Gym Dedication
