The
Algonquin Trail is an Ontario Tourist Route, starting at the Highway 35/115 interchange with Highway 401 (Exit 436) inNewcastle, Ontario (in theMunicipality ofClarington, Ontario .Upon the Highway 35/115 split, the Algonquin Trail follows Highway 35 into
Lindsay, Ontario , along a briefconcurrency with Highway 7. It continues through the towns ofFenelon Falls, Ontario ,Coboconk, Ontario ,Carnarvon, Ontario , andDorset, Ontario , to its northern terminus with Highway 60. The trail turns eastbound, through theAlgonquin Provincial Park along Highawy 60, to Highway 41. Once at Highway 41, the trail turns south along that road, through the town ofEganville, Ontario , down along Highway 41 towards its southern terminus with Highway 7.See also
