Career
Born in Caerphilly, Pipe spent his early career with Coventry City, Notts County, Bristol Rovers and Cheltenham Town (on loan).[1][2] He was released by Bristol at the end of the 2009–10 season, alongside 14 other players.[3] In June 2010, Pipe was jailed for 38 months for fracturing the skull of another man in an unprovoked attack in Bristol.[4] After his release from jail, Pipe signed for Conference National side Newport County in September 2011, on non-contract terms.[5]
Pipe earned one international cap for Wales in 2003 as a second-half replacement against the USA,[2] having previously earned twelve caps at under-21 level.[6]
