Salesians in Portugal

The Salesians of Dom Bosco, Salesians in short, founded in 1859 by the Italian Catholic priest, Saint John Bosco, were established in Portugal in 1894, devoting its attention to the education of the youth, opening and running several schools around the country. Nowadays, the Salesian work is well-known, especially in education, running some of the most top-ranked schools in Portugal.
