Mount Vista Estates

Mount Vista Estates

Mount Vista Estates was the original home built by Charles Joseph Bonaparte in Baltimore County, Maryland. The original structure built by Charles Joseph Bonaparte burned down in the 1930's and was replaced by the current structure. Prior to purchase by Bonaparte, the property was owned by Jesse Garratt- the owner of "Beachmont Estates".

In the 1970s, land was developed formerly used for farming, and now is the basis for a neighborhood called Mount Vista Estates. It is located east of Maryland Route 147, better known locally as Harford Road. Homes in Kingsville, Maryland, typically are single family dwellings in a rural setting alive with history.
