- Dietary Management
Dietary Managers specialize in providing optimum nutritional care through foodservice management. They work in hospitals, long-term care, schools, correctional facilities, and other non-commercial foodservice settings. Dietary managers are certified by the Dietary Managers Association (DMA), a national not-for-profit association.

Dietary Manager Training
Dietary Manager Training Programs allow applicants to gain the education and experience needed to sit for the certification exam. A Dietary Manager Training Program consists of a minimum of 120 hours of
distance education or classroom hours and a minimum of 150 hours of field experience. A Registered Dietitian oversees the entire field experience process.Training programs consist of the following curriculum:
*Nutrition and Medical Nutrition Therapy
