The following is the list of winners of the César Award for Most Promising Actress (French: César du meilleur espoir féminin). Since its inception in 1983, the award is given as part of the French film industry's annual César Awards.

The youngest recipient was 14 year old Charlotte Gainsbourg in 1986.[citation needed]
