Charles James Castell Rowe (born Hong Kong November 27, 1951) was a first-class cricketer with Kent and Glamorgan between 1974 and 1984.[1] He was educated at the King's School, Canterbury. He currently works in Equity Sales for the Matrix Group.

He started in the City in 1984, initially with Rowe and Pitman (Warburgs) and then, as a Director in UK Equity Sales, with NatWest Securities, BT Alex Brown and Deutsche Bank before joining US Broker, Pali International, in April 2008, his last position before moving to his current job.

He made his cricketing debut in 1974 and won his county cap in 1977. He was an allrounder, batting right-handed and bowling off spin.
