Maui Community College is a public, co-educational commuter
college in Kahului, Hawaiokinai on the island ofMaui . It is one of ten branches of the University of Hawaiokinai system anchored by the University of Hawaiokinai at Mnoa in Honolulu and is accredited by theWestern Association of Schools and Colleges .In addition to its main campus in
Kahului , Maui Community College also runs four education centers:Lahaina Education Center inLahaina andHāna Education Center inHāna ; Molokaokinai Education Center on the island of Molokaokinai; and Lānaokinai Education Center on the island of Lānaokinai. The three islands, Maui, Molokaokinai, and Lānaokinai, comprised makeup theTri-isle , a name commonly applied to refer to all three islands.It is currently expanding to include four-year degrees.
