Eagle Family Foods Incorporated is a Gahanna, Ohio based company specializing in condensed milk products. The company's name is derived from the product created by Gail Borden and sold under Borden, Inc. from 1856 to 1997.

The company was created in 1997 by employees of Borden Milk Products, which sold their condensed milk line.

Eagle Brand has been sold in Canada since 1899 and is now sold by broker/distributor Acosta Sales and Marketing Company (owned by Jacksonville, Florida based Acosta Incorporated).

Eagle Family Foods Incorporated has made several acqusitions and changes to their product line:
