Rose Bowl series

Rose Bowl series

The Rose Bowl series is a series of Women's One-day International cricket matches between Australia and New Zealand. It has been running since February 1985, and was then known as the "Shell Rose Bowl". Until 2000, it was an annual affair, with matches alternating between each country; since then the format has changed constantly. The most recent series was held at Bert Sutcliffe Oval, Lincoln, New Zealand between 8 March and 16 March. Australia have dominated the tournament, winning 16 series to New Zealand's three, and New Zealand have only won 4 of 28 matches in the 21st century.
